| Our company has a mature operation system in the pharmaceutical packaging inspection industry. The design plan is equipped with 6 sets of 200W pixel black and white industrial cameras and a cap sorting machine. The full range of defect inspections on the concave surface of the bottle cap, the trademark surface and the side surface are carried out at a normal inspection speed. 500 pcs/min; the front end of the inspection machine can be equipped with a set of sorting and conveying equipment to transport bottle cap products into the inspection equipment in a regular and orderly manner. The inspection equipment is divided into three inspection system modules. |
