Inspection principle

Inspection details
Our design plan uses a set of high-pixel industrial cameras and high-performance stroboscopic light sources to carry out a full range of visual inspections for the appearance defects of pencil body. The inspection speed is 300~500 pieces/min. The equipment can achieve 7*24 hours. It runs around the clock, and unqualified products can be automatically rejected online.
The whole set of inspection equipment includes mechanical parts, visual electronic hardware, and inspection system software. The entrance and exit of the inspection machine can be integrated with the automation mechanism (see the design drawings for details), and can be connected to upstream and downstream production equipment according to the specific production needs of customers .
Basic Principles of Pencil Body Inspection
After moving to the designated station, the pencil body is held by the clamping mechanism, and it is controlled by the servo motor to rotate for a full circle. At the same time, there is a light source on the side, and the line scan camera captures images at the same time to obtain high-resolution scans of different sides. The inspection software compares this picture with the standard sample picture and detects the corresponding defects.
